SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer Free Shipping within India on minimum order value of Rs 2000 and above. Hence you will not pay any additional shipping charges at the time of checkout. In case your order value is less than Rs 2000 you will see the shipping charges at the time of checkout, in addition to the product prices.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMELINES
Please note that this is an on-order site. If the product that you have chosen is already in stock it will be shipped out within 2 to 3 days. If the product chosen by you is not in stock, production will begin once you confirm the order and the order completion takes anywhere between 10 days to 4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the design. Orders not cancelled within 24 hours will be deemed confirmed. Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicative only. Shipping timelines are dependent on our logistics partners which can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

Right now, we are not shipping to international locations. If you have a local address in India you can use that as your shipping address and continue your shopping with Kaahon.

International Orders: Dispatched within 10 – 15 Business Days Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicative only. Since we rely on our Shipping partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above the price and any shipping charges paid to us. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping companies at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF CONSIGNER
In case of non-availability of the consigner at the registered address our shipping partners will return the consignment to us. Given the fact that the products are of a semiprecious/precious nature it will not be possible for Kaahon to leave it with the shipping partner for an extended period of time. After communication from your side, we will reship the product to you within 15 working days for a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 100.
