Kaahon endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer Returns or Refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping, we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
Every single jewellery of Kaahon is exclusively handcrafted and no preset mould are ever used. The handcrafting lends a finesse and uniqueness to the end product. There are however micro variations in repeat pieces in terms of weight. 925 silver mellows over time: we do not artificially oxidise any product. Chemical treatment is not part of our processing.
There may be slight difference in colour tone between the actual product and the photograph you see in your laptop or mobile, this happens due to different technical aspects of electronic gadgets. Any dispute, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such scenario.
Products bought online cannot be returned in store.
Products offered in Sale, cannot be returned or refunded.
Any dispute or concern on any product, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery. Post this timeline, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.
Return & Refund policy will be applicable on the products returned to us without any damage in original condition.
Return & Refund policy will be applicable on the returned products which are unused, not exposed to perfumes or other chemicals and have all their original packaging and tags intact.
In case where customer has provided wrong or incomplete delivery address and our Shipping Partner failed to deliver OR the recipient refused to accept the delivery, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable. Customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to initiate dispatch process again from our end.
PROCESS TO RETURN
Check the products carefully once you receive them. If incorrect or damaged or genuine quality / manufacturing defects are found, contact Kaahon Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery with photograph of the concerned product. Kaahon team will review your concern and revert with a solution within 15 Business Days.
In case of approved Return, a Reverse Pick Up will be arranged by us at our own expense. However, if your Pin Code is not serviceable for Reverse Pick Up, you need to arrange the shipping of the products to our address mentioned above.
Once the product is received by us in original condition, we will initiate fresh shipping within 7 Business Days at our own expense. Please note, in case of unavailability of the same product, you may opt to wait for us to produce it once again. If this is option is not acceptable to you, Kaahon holds sole right to proceed for full Refund. Refund will be processed to your original method of payment after deduction of the Bank/Portal charges.
It will usually take 22 Business Days to return or refund from the day of reporting the issue.
