Description: The Paua is a naturally occuring shell popularly worn as jewellery by the Maori Tribes of New Zealand. It is believed to enhance connectivity and harmony in relationships. The way the color of the shell shifts in light signifies change and transition. Kanorau Tirama is a maori word which means iridescent and thats exactly what defines this earring of Kaahon.
